* Rates
include accommodations, three meals a day, horseback riding, and all other
on-ranch activities. Airport transportation to and from the Butte, MT
airport is available for 6 Night stays only. Four night stays ("A Ranch
Experience") may not be available during peak season. All rates are
subject to change.
RESERVATION POLICY:
25% due in advance at booking to confirm reservations. Balance payable
with Travelers Check upon arrival. Should you cancel your reservation less
than 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival, your deposit will be forfeited.
Applicable Montana accommodation tax and 15% service charge not included in
prices.
CHILDREN'S
POLICY/DISCOUNTS:
10% Discount for each Child age 10 - 12.
ADDITIONAL
NOTES:
* The off-ranch guided fly fishing trip costs $350 per boat and must be arranged
at least 30 days in advance.
* No pets allowed on the ranch
* There are VCRs/DVD players in each cabin. A movie library is provided for guests.
* The Horse Prairie Ranch is a smoke-free environment.
* Alcohol not available for purchase at the Ranch. Guests are welcome to
bring their own and will be able to purchase it on the way from the airport.
* All guests are required to sign a Waiver/Release Agreement
* The Horse Prairie Ranch has a special use permit to operate on the Beaverhead
National Forest and BLM lands.
