The HPR For Sale!

In mid December of 2008, our family decided to list our beloved HPR for sale with Hall and Hall Real Estate, the people (Dave Johnson) through whom we purchased the original HPR in the summer of 1995. Our family thoroughly enjoys our time at the HPR but our individual circumstances do not allow us to be at the ranch very often. We are feeling like we are paying for assets (e.g. LakeSide) that are not being “worked”, and not generating income or even sufficient family experiences to justify the cost.

Our family situations are such that we cannot resume the guest operation. We enjoyed hosting some of the finest people in the world over a period of a decade. To each of you who ever visited our ranch, we thank you for being such nice guests. Our lives are richer for having met you and shared with you a world-class Western experience on an authentic Montana working cattle ranch. We hope that you too cherish your memories of summers at the HPR. We wish you health, happiness, and success in all your endeavors.
